An assigned covered carport and open parking spots are available.

No, but we have onsite laundry facilities for your convenience.

Water, sewer and garbage are included. Any other utilities are the tenants responsibility.

No, only service animals are allowed to live in the apartments.

Patios and balconies are available on some apartment styles.


Professional cleaning, carpet cleaning, and fresh paint on the interior walls are taken care of before your move-in.

Yes, but please do not paint the apartment a different color.

Work Order needs submitted, we have 10 days to address the issue depending on the severity.


We are located between Holyoke and Nevada in Spokane.

Albertsons, Northtown Mall, Maverick, Walmart, Winco, Lowes, and Home Depot are all nearby.
